I was bothered that the font rendering was crunchy in FireFox as compared to Internet Explorer (IE). IE uses ClearType by default which is enhanced on an LCD display (like my laptop). Firefox is much faster than IE for me, but the crunchy fonts make me cringe. Note that ClearType will smooth the edges...
